R16P24 ● Round
Notes
R16P24 is a single rye (caroasse variety) harvested in 2016 and aged for six and a half years in a Cognac cask. The R16P24 ● cuvée is fundamentally no different from its twin, R16P24 ■, except for the plot where the rye used in its production was grown. This is a small plot located in the commune of Verteuil-sur-Charente, on a hilly area known as Hautes-Grasses farm, from which the rhyolitic mountain springs the mineral water used in the brewing process.
