Harvest Festival, second edition!

Saturday July 22 took place the second edition of the Harvest Festival at Hautes Glaces. This event organized by the Association Graines des Cimes , a Trièvois collective of organic mountain farmers supplying cereals to the Domaine, celebrates this harvest time: the harvest! The end of one season and the beginning of another. The first step before transforming the seeds into spirits.
In the program ! Visits to the nursery and the new malt house , followed by the LARZAC show ! by Philippe Durand, and a moment of conviviality around an aperitif and cauldron dinner in the Domaine gardens.
