By evoking the figure of the surveyor, the tone is set: meticulously explore places, illuminate the interstices, take the measure of things and build new geographies... Through these few pages, we hope, letter after letter, season after season, to tell you the story of our mountain journey, to let you read the design of a common territory, one that brings together all those who make up or inspire the Hautes Glaces community:
Those whose thoughts challenge our representations, nourish our reflections, and whose books, podcasts, conferences, research, or documentaries we will chronicle, "megaphone" in hand. Those who, in Trièves, are daily involved in the production of a whisky conceived "from field to bottle." The artists, thinkers, men and women of taste who cross our paths and invite us, in the face of challenges and crises, to act "together" and to "meet."
