On July 21 , Hautes Glaces had the pleasure of welcoming Philippe DURAND and his theatrical show, LARZAC, to the domain! More than fifty people had the chance to attend and then chat over a cocktail in the new cellar.
Philippe is interested in what is happening today on the Larzac plateau and brings many testimonies to life. Around fifty farmers, men and women over several generations who express their feelings and their unique way of conceiving the links between the agricultural space and those who exploit it sustainably.
