The Surveyor: Cross-Letter No. 5

After inviting you in previous issues to explore territories related to Hautes Glaces' activity (the resilience of living organisms, following the reading of Olivier Hamant's book; regenerative hydrology, with Baptiste Morizot's work entitled "Bringing Water Back to the Earth"), in this autumn issue we return to our first loves: the cereal cycle, from seed to harvest.
