Domaine des Hautes Glaces voted best spirit in France by the RVF

Frédéric Revol: "My ambition in sowing my first barley seeds in 2008 was certainly not to have the honor of receiving such a prize, but to offer amateurs a peasant and organic whiskey, which reconnects with the living, who tastes his terroir. I see in this distinction recognition of the commitment and work of all those who participate or have participated in the adventure of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces, farmers, distillers, wine merchants or restaurateurs, etc.; j I see the recognition of the interest of agroecological practices, not only to face climatic and environmental issues but also in the development of excellent taste. I finally see the recognition by this honorable institution that is the RVF of a new category of spirits which now contributes to the culture and influence of France in terms of wines and spirits: French whisky"
