"Mountain Whisky: Earth, Grain, and Taste" is finally available!

Almost a year ago, at the invitation of Brigitte Michaud and Olivier Blanche from Terre Vivante editions, Frédéric Revol embarked on writing a book that traces the journey of Domaine des Hautes Glaces over the past fifteen years.

"Taking the time to write this journey also means looking at the entire landscape around it. It allows us to question certain practices, to highlight alternatives... which go far beyond whisky," explains Fred.

"Making a book is also about imagining an object that can extend the aesthetic approach we support at Hautes Glaces, the desire to share a vision of beauty and goodness, the desire to invite others to join the adventure to offer a rich and protean object. Thanks to Céline Clanet for the photographic work she has been doing in Trièves for years, to Éric Leprince for his art of transmutation, to Ian Siegel for his art of repetition, and to Maelle Le Toquin for her penmanship that sketches the mysteries of alchemy."

A beautiful book alternating narrative and photos, "WHISKY de MONTAGNE: la terre, la graine et le goût" (MOUNTAIN WHISKY: the earth, the grain and the taste) is the ideal gift to treat yourself or your loved ones.

After a year of work, this beautiful object has just come off the press and is now available in bookstores, wine shops, and online!
